Lkpriest Loves Shoes Music Video World of Warcraft Machinima ("Shoes Remix" song by Kelly)

I admit it, I love shoes! One would say I'm Shoe Crazy (and people have). IDC, shoes are like art, and when you think about it, good shoes are a good investment. This is my FIRST ATTEMPT at WoW Machinima.. featuring my main char, Lkpriest.

I love this song "Shoes" by Kelly... just cuz it pokes fun at us shoe lovers. If you haven't seen the "Shoes" music video by Kelly, you should definitely watch it! It's hilarious!!! And buy the song on iTunes, I actually got all the Kelly songs, they are so funny!

For those of you who are curious, the two shoes I feature in this video is the Rose Shoe by Mai Lamore, and it is considered shoe art... priced at over $27,000, it features a gold heel and hand dyed silk petals. The other shoe is the limited edition Marie Antoinette shoe by Christian Louboutin, and it is the shoe I talk about in my "Shadowmourne and Shoes" video blog rant.

Enjoy the video... it's my first attempt at messing with WoW Machinima... but at the same time, I'm poking fun at my love for shoes.

Shadowmourne and Shoes: Video Blog Rant

Here is my argument on how Shadowmourne is like Louboutin's Marie Antoinette Shoes:

- It's like trying to get a pair of Louboutin Marie Antoinette Shoes in soft pink. they are like my Shadowmourne, I would never get such a beautiful confection for myself without sacrificing everything (possibly even including, but not limited to, a kidney) a pair of these lacy beauties relegated to fairy-tale proportions that has everyone STUNNED and Talking when you actually get to see one. These limited edition shoes are so rare, there are only 36 in existence, and they are only sold in Christian Louboutin boutiques in Paris for $6000... and each pair comes with it's own customized box. With embroidery by Lesage
- class limit, not for the masses..
- group helps with obtaining legendary.. but on top of that, the owner gets all these goodies? Aren't all the stars rocking this shoe able to get it because we help them get there? Where would Jenny from the Block be w/o her fans?
- spending a fortune on gold for a shiny...?
affordable only to wow millionaires.. and even then, if ur not a pally/dk/warrior, then it's like "oh u had to buy your way to get these"... Yeah, who else but the ultra rich would spend that much for a shoe?Same with the goodies that comes with Shadowmourne.
- even if i were a dk/pally/warrior, not every dk/pally/warrior can get them.. only a select few.. just like those shoes.

Mammoth Parade in Dalaran

What can I say? We were bored.. But this was a spontaneous thing that transcended factions! We had a mix of horde and alliance on their mammoths marching through
Dalaran. It was a great thing.

Cataclysm Arcane Reforging aka Thaumaturgy from Beta Testing

Brief intro by me followed by in-game footage detailing arcane reforging (formerly known as Thaumaturgy) from World of Warcraft Cataclysm Beta Testing. This is a great new way to customize your gear to suit your needs.. a great way to add mastery to items that don't have it!

Cataclysm Shadow Priest World of Warcraft WOW Beta

In Cataclysm, Shadow Priest (like many things) gets quite an overhaul. No more Shadow Weaving, but you still need to be conscious of your buff bar and spell cast rotation.

Mastery is a new stat that will buff one particular ability of a particular talent tree. For Shadow Priest, it is Shadow Orb. In my video, I delve into shadow orb, and experiment with how to gain and stack them.

I also look into some key talents and a new spell at level 81, Mind Spike.

Here is a look at some of my notes from Cataclysm BETA:
- Shadow Orbs can refresh
- Combat log didn't mention my Shadowy Apparition's dmg.. but it seemed to do over 2100 dmg
- did get over 16K hit with 3 stacks of shadow orbs with MB.. and at 3 stacks at 80, seems consistent

- mind flay still plays a vital role to reduce, increase chance of orbs, Shadowfiend CD reductions, and refresh SW:P (with PnS)
-SW:D now generates 8% mana when it dmgs u... but Pain and Suffering offsets that dmg by 20%
- Mind Sear is 5-35yd range.. so maybe Psychic Horror is a viable means to AoE mobs while doing PvE.. but with a 2min CD, is it even worth it?
- Paralysis makes crit hits with MB a way to freeze enemies, but not a reliable means in combo with Mind Sear
-Mastery 34% to spike and blast, and mastery inc by 2.5% per point. 18% chance with swp and flay
- mind spike base dmg of 3643, and crit strike chance on next mind blast target by 30%. stacks 3xs. Use in conjunction with mind melt
- Phantasm from Fade and Dispersion doesn't seem to affect when you are grabbed
- combat log is sometimes unreliable and doesn't track actual shadow orb multiplier. just says it fades
-shadowy app did 1935 shadow when hit.. so its basically like an extra tic.. other tests show an average dmg of 1900-2300. but there is no definite dmg, so perhaps in a future patch it will give a percentage or some kind of modifier. (I hope.. cuz for 3 points, it better be more worth it than an extra"tick" of sw:p) I felt ripped off. And.. had the shadow apparition miss :(

So Cataclysm is down and I'm bored. Was gonna mow the lawn but it is getting late so I'm going to cook dinner. Anyways, I like to go look through my Favorites and Subscribed channels on youtube, and Woods of Warcraft Movie Trailer Parody is just hilarious! Boogie2988 is one of my favorite video bloggers.. just because he is funny and insightful.. he makes me laugh and think.. so check it out!!
